My own journey…

Like you, I’ve had to navigate through a variety of life stages and transitions. While change isn’t always easy, I’ve discovered that it can provide us with an extraordinary opportunity to reflect, assess, refocus, and chart a new more meaningful direction for our lives.

And that’s what I’m really passionate about……helping people reimagine their careers and retirement years in a way that invites them to create and activate a more compelling plan for their life as a whole.

My unique process took years to develop and I will be sharing all of the techniques and tools with you. In a nutshell, the experience will be an adventure that is both head and heart-based.

In addition to my formal education, I hold a wide range of certifications in the areas of performance coaching, leadership development and life planning facilitation. I’ve also had the extraordinary privilege of working for one of the largest international coaching and leadership companies in the world. Personally, I keep my own life balanced with plenty of outdoor activities and adventures - including hiking, fly-fishing and skiing. I strongly believe in natures ability to reacquaint us with our own wildness or “edges” – and why those corners of ourselves matter.
